- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have had the worst encounter dealing with this agent. My insurance premiums rose over $70 in one month for no apparent reason. When I attempted to speak with Cheryl about my concerns, she repeatedly told me, "Let's not worry about that right now." She was very rude and unprofessional on several occasions. When I switched agents, she called and yelled at me like I'm supposed to deal with paying $202 a month for coverage when I have a clean driving record. I called esurance and now pay $82 a month for the same coverage. My only regret is the massive amount of money I allowed that woman to snake from me and not changing my policy sooner.December 18, 2016by Chianna langley
