  If I could give no stars I would made my appointment 2 weeks ago and have been waiting for over 2 hours. Should have walked in the ER it would have been quicker.

  Horrible !!!! I went here for muscle spasm in my back. I was not allowed to register, but was told to have a seat. I was then called to the medical receptionist desk and told they cannot see me because they cannot give me an injection. I never asked for anything other than to see the doctor. I was told to go to the ER for muscle spasm? I told her I don't want an injection, just to see the doctor. I was not allowed to register so there would be no record, of attempt to see an Immediate Care professional. I will lodge a formal written complaint with RMG,as well as the insurer.

  This office is ridiculous. You have to FIGHT for valid prescriptions the doctor is never available their staff has zero communication skills (with each other as well..one NEVER knows what the other is doing). I imagine this is what it would be like to ask the cast if Grey's Anatomy for a diagnosis...they're just there for show and insurance money. Pathetic.
